Windows Shared Hosting Issue

A serious and prolonged power issue affecting the whole data center resulted in loss of power for all of our Windows web, email, spam and some dedicated servers. Engineers worked tirelessly into the night to address the issue as quickly as we could. Phone and email support was extended throughout this period.

A full statement detailing the problem and resolution will be issued later on today.
