Upgrade to Trend Worry-Free Business Security Services
In order to continue enhancing the service we will shortly be upgrading the service to include Service Pack 3 (SP3).
The upgrade will provide you with the following benefits:
- A management dashboard add-in for the recently released Microsoft SBS 2011 Essentials
- Enhanced URL filtering functions including Blacklisting
- Support for the latest Microsoft operating systems and browsers
- Code enhancements for superior performance.
The upgrade will be completed in the Trend global data centres on Saturday 30th April 2011 4am (GMT) (for customers from Europe, UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa).
During the upgrade period the following will occur:
- There will be a small download of 55MB to each computer when they next connect to the internet
- While this download completes the security agent on the machine will appear offline briefly
- Machines will need to be re-started to complete the installation
- Security of the machines during this process will not be impacted
