Add additional Exchange account to Outlook 2003

To add the departmental Exchange mailbox (i.e., Sales) as an additional mailbox to your Outlook profile, follow these steps:

1) Using Outlook 2003, log into your mailbox.

2) Click Tools, then Email Accounts... .

3) Under "Email", select View or change existing email accounts, and click Next.

4) In the Email Accounts window, select Microsoft Exchange Server, then click Change.

5) Click More Settings... .

6) In the Microsoft Exchange Server window that appears, click the Advanced tab.

7) Under "Mailboxes", click Add... .

8) In the Add Mailbox window that appears, under "Add Mailbox:", enter the name of the Exchange mailbox (i.e., Automotive), and click OK.

9) Click Apply, then OK.

10) In the Email Accounts window, click Next, and then Finish.
